Abu Daiyan M Ahsanullah is a Joint Secretary to the Government. He has been working in Finance Division since 2009 and main area of contribution is public debt management, government budgeting and reform in public financial management. Graduating in Economics from the University of Dhaka, he also obtained a post graduate degree in Development Economics from Ritsumeikan APU, Japan. He attended various training courses, workshops and seminars on public financial management including debt management home and abroad.
