Dr. Shaikh Moniruzzaman, currently working as Joint Secretary in Macroeconomic Wing of Finance division. He did his PhD from London School of Economics (LSE), MA in International Development from International University of Japan, MSS and BSS (Hons.) in Economics from University of Dhaka. He also had professional training on macroeconomics, time series econometrics and balance of payment in IMF Training Institutes of Washington DC, Singapore and Delhi. He published a couple of articles in internationally reputed journals.
