Mr. Md. Helal Uddin joined in the civil service in 2005 in the Administration cadre. He has been working as Deputy Secretary for Finance Division, Ministry of Finance since 2011. Before that he worked Bangladesh Bank as Assistant Director. Mr. Uddin did his BBA from Khulna University and MBA from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) in Finance. He also obtained Master degree in Economics from Hiroshima University, Japan. He has attended various important training in this field at home and abroad.
