Dr. Mohammad Abu Yusuf joined Bangladesh civil service in 1995 in the Customs and Excise Cadre. He is currently working as a Additional Secretary in the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance. Mr. Yusuf completed his Honours and Masters in Accounting from the University of Dhaka. He also obtained MBA and a PhD in trade, both from Monash University, Australia. He has attended various training programmes in PFM, and trade matters at home and abroad. Mr. Yusuf has a good number of publications to his credit in international and local journals.
