Mr. Hossain has three years’ experience in Finance Division with extensive involvement in 03 National Budgets. He did his B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He underwent professional training on Macroeconomic Diagnostics at IMF Institute in China, PPP Strategies, Methods and Project Structure from USA, ISM from Australia. His area of specialization is Public Expenditure Management, Project Management and MTBF.
