Mr. Tahmid Hasnat Khan is holding the post of Additional Secretary as a Wing Chief of Budget-2, Finance Division. Mr. Tahmid received graduation and post-graduation degree in Management in the University of Dhaka. He has been trained for professional Development program in home and abroad including FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Centre) USA, Curtin University, Australia, Duke University, North Carolina, USA, University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA.
