Md Akram Ali (Deputy Secretary), belongs to the 29th Batch of the Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) Cadre and currently working as a Deputy Director at the Institute of Public Finance (IPF), Finance Division, Ministry of Finance. Before joining IPF, he worked in different capacities, including Private Secretary to the Rector of BPATC, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO), Assistant Commissioner (Land), and Assistant Commissioner. Mr. Ali obtained his BSS (Honors) and MSS in Social Welfare from the University of Dhaka. Later, he did another Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Nottingham, UK.
