Mr. Abdur Rahman Khan did his Honours and Masters in Accounting from Chittagong University and did his second Masters in Government Financial Management from University of Ulster, UK. He is a Professional Accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He also worked in United Nations as an International Adviser and in the World Bank as a consultant during 2004 to 2011. His area of specialization is Tax, Accounting and Financial Management.
