Mr. Noor is currently working as Secretary, IMED, Ministry of Planning. Before joining IMED, he worked as an Additional Secretary in the Finance Division. Mr. Noor graduated in Business from the University of Dhaka and in Financial Management from the University of Ulster, UK. He has been associated with various Public Financial Management reform initiatives. Mr. Noor has published 3 articles in various high-impact peer-reviewed Journals. He has been trained in the IMF, World Bank, Civil Service College Singapore, Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), UK, and SARTTAC, India.
