Mr. Anarul Kabir obtained his B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in Economics from Jahangirnagar University. He has been serving as Joint Secretary in the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, since 2017. He has attended various training courses, workshops, and seminars on public financial management, both at home and abroad. He has also received specialized training at the STI, IMF Singapore, and SARTTAC, IMF India, in various courses related to this field.
