Mr. Noor is currently working with the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance as an Additional Secretary. Mr. Noor graduated in Business from the University of Dhaka, and Financial Management from the University of Ulster, UK. He has been associated with various Public Financial Management reform initiatives. Mr. Noor has published 3 articles in various high impact peer reviewed Journals. He has been trained in IMF, World Bank, Civil Service College Singapore, Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), UK and SARTTAC, India.
