Mr. Islam, Additional Secretary, Finance Division has done his Honours and Masters in International Relations from the University of Dhaka and higher course in Public Finance and Economic Management from the University of Birmingham, UK. His area of interest is Public Financial Management Information System and attended training in this field at home and abroad.
